"This letter serves to affirm Focus 4 U as a reliable supplier in regard to Phone lines & calls and their standing in regard to customer service. Elta Fans signed up with the above company on September 29th 2009, transferring all our lines, calls and 2 lines with a broadband service attached.
The process has been completely seamless, with no problems or interruptions incurred. As queries have arisen, a simple phone call has been made and the issue resolved quickly by either Antony or their customer service department / help desk. Indeed, we had a complete line crash this week, which was fixed within 1 hour of them being advised.
